This morning I received strict orders from major Sayers to prepare my unit for movement.He didn't say where we were going,The strangest of all,we were about to join an enemy battalion on the way!Well,the war over few days ago,They were no longer enemies,but still,The journey was difficult because of the heavy rain,Near dusk we reached what appeared to be a deserted trench line,I got order's to lead a scouting unit to investigate the strange movements seen by some of the soldiers..
